Hamilton Gardens is a decades-old grounds nestled at the cross-roads of Greenwood and Massachusetts Avenues in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. The community boasts a colorful past rumored to have once been home to American Armed Forces as an army barracks and living quarters. The property was constructed in the 1940s and has been renovated nearly half a dozen times since its formation, most recently in 2019.

Hamilton Gardens reflect a cul-de-sac oasis within a bustling neighborhood that borders the Hamiltonian and Trentonian lines. Recent additions to the property include security surveillance systems, landscaping upgrades, apartment wide remodeling and renovation, signage and wayfinding, new double-hung aluminum windows, outdoor safety lighting, as well as brand new perimeter fencing. Major roadways provide easy access to the community such as: the New Jersey Turnpike,  Interstate Highways 195 & 295, U.S.  Highways 130 & 206, & State Highways 33 & 29; while the Hamilton Train Station offers convenient rail access to New York City along the NJ Transit's Northeast Corridor Line.
